Mr. Jaimin Bhatt

Mr. Jaimin Bhatt is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He is a former President & Group CFO of Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he led Finance, Tax, Strategy, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Management Accounts, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Facilities Management. He was also a member of the Kotak Group Management Council. He brings over 39 Years of experience in the Financial Sector.

Mr. Narayan S.A. is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
He was with the Kotak Mahindra Group for more than 25 years and was member of the Group Management Council.
During his tenure with Kotak, he was Managing Director of Kotak Securities Ltd and President Commercial Banking and President Treasury.

She is Gold Medallist in MBA obtaining 1st position in the University and holds Ph.D in Corporate Restructuring (Mergers and Acquisitions), from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat.
She has received the ‘Best Paper Award’ at the 5th International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Management, February 12, 2017 organized by International School of Management Excellence, Bangalore. She holds more than 15 years of experience in the finance domain.

Sudhakar Shanbhag is the Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He has been associated with our company since June 2022.
During the career of more than 3 decades he has handled multiple positions in areas of Lending, Broking, Life Insurance, Treasury.
Prior to joining our Company, he held several key positions in the Kotak Mahindra Bank and Group Companies.

Keyur Gandhi is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with company August.2021. In his current role, he is responsible for financial management, accounts, tax, treasury, Compliance, IT, HR, Admin. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank and Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP.

BUSINESS HEAD- LAS & CRE
Parth Bumiya is a Business Head for Loan against Securities and Structured Investments. A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and a Master’s Degree in Commerce with over 20 years of rich and diversified experience largely into BFSI with core specialization into Capital Market Funding and Corporate real estate, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management and Retail Mortgages.
Before joining Infina, he was part of key management personnel at Mango Financial Advisors – an Investment Banking firm, Kotak Wealth Management – spearheading the SBU of Banking and Credit Solutions as a National Head, Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited, Kotak Bank – Retail Mortgages and TATA group.
